How to Find Your Pharmacy's PID

Your pharmacy's PID, sometimes called PTS ID or Pharmacy ID, is a maximum four-digit number PTS uses to identify your pharmacy. You'll need to know this number when contacting Customer Care.

The PID is the 4-digit number located in the bottom left corner of the Propel Rx toolbar.

In the example shown here, this pharmacy is PID 9999.

Post the PID near the phone, where it's easy to access if you need to contact Customer Care .
